Structural Design |
Structural design parameters are based on all latest codes of American
Concrete Institute (ACI), American Society for Testing and Materials
(ASTM), Uniform Building Code (UBC) & American Institute of Steel
Construction (AISC).
Foundation |
The foundation of building is based on Reinforced Cement Concrete
(R.C.C) as per soil test report.
Frame |
The building will be framed & shear walled structure of Reinforced
Cement Concrete (R.C.C). The building is safely designed considering
all adverse factors. Crushed stone chips shall be used in all column
footing & grade beams. Crushed brick chips shall be used in all
roof slabs including roof beams, stairs & other R.C.C works.
Structural Materials |
All structural materials including deformed M.S Rod, Cement, Bricks,
Sylhet Sand, Stone Chips/Brick Chips and other aggregate, shall be
screened for quality control including BUET testing.
Partition Walls |
All exterior and interior walls & partition walls between two
flats will be five inches thick solid brick construction.
Exterior Walls |
The exterior surface of the building will be painted with weathercoat.
Roof Top for Water Proofing |
Modern techniques will be used on the rooftop for waterproofing and
protections form overheating.
Soil Testing |
Sub soil investigations & test is done by competent soil testing
companies.
Wind Force Resistance |
Wind force resistance design of 200 KmPH velocities is incorporated
in structural analysis & design.
Earthquake Resistance |
Earthquake resistance design of 6.5 on Richter scale is incorporated
in structural analysis & design.
Direct Supervision |
Direct supervision shall be done at every stage of construction by
a team of experienced and qualified civil, electrical, mechanical
engineers & architects to ensure highest quality of workmanship.
